Message Communication

  • Have a question about your pet that you would like to ask? Need to know if your pet’s medication refill is ready to be picked up? Feel free to just send a message to us! The messaging is done within our platform, no downloads needed! After you send us a message, we strive to reply within 1-hour of receiving it. However, if your pet is experiencing an emergency, do not hesitate to immediately come to the hospital to be seen by a TCH veterinarian. *Please note that messaging sessions are not for emergencies, are available for existing clients only, and may not be appropriate for the condition your pet is experiencing. If we feel your pet is best served by an examination in the hospital, we may recommend an office visit.
  • Attach any supporting videos, pictures, or documents for our veterinarian or technician staff to review.
  • At the completion of your messaging session, a summary will be provided to you. Please make sure we have the correct phone number, physical mailing address and email address on file at the hospital. We want to ensure that your pet's information is accessible to you!
  • Requirements: Any device using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Do not use Internet Explorer.

Video Communication

  • How about a 10-minute video conversation with a TCH veterinarian? The video consultation is done within our platform, no downloads needed! We offer telemedicine consults by appointment only. After you submit a consultation request, we aim to reply within a 1-hour with a time where you can expect a video consultation. If you have a time(s) that works better for you, please let us know so we can accommodate you as best as possible. The best part is the consult only costs $59.99!. *Please note that telemedicine consults are not for emergencies, are available for existing clients only, and may not be appropriate for the condition your pet is experiencing. If we feel your pet is best served by an examination in the hospital, we may decline your request and recommend an office visit.

A Wifi connection is recommended for the best experience but not required.
